About Rainscreen Consulting
I started my career as a banking analyst and underwriter. I worked in all fields of banking ranging from Commercial and Industrial to Government and Non-Profits. I then took a job as a Relationship Manager, where I grew a strong portfolio of clients.
During a stint as a CFO and Sales Manager, I learned a lot about sales channels, lead times, job costing, etc.
I returned to banking for three years before a long term client of mine asked me to help with his new venture in the construction materials world. During this time I supported sales and special projects related to developing this new business. I ended my stint with them once we grew to be a true market leader in the CI cladding attachment industry.
I now use my broad experience in my own company to provide world-class representation to world-class manufacturers of exterior construction products. I also provide consulting services to Manufacturers looking for an edge in the US Market. Most recently, I’ve invented and patented the Joint Jig in order to increase the ease, viability, and quality of all open joint rainscreen installations.
As Executive Coordinator for Rainscreen Consulting, I organize 7+ AIA Lunch and Learns, most with HSW credit. We also offer USGBC credits and other unique learning opportunities! I love applying my abilities to organize and prioritize, consistently meet deadlines, and effectively evaluate problems and generate solutions. I build relationships with valued clients and provide the services they need to help their business excel.

Over the last 15+ years as a career sales professional across multiple industries, I’ve had the good fortune of building relationships with a wide variety of people. Time spent in food distribution, craft beer, packaging, and absorbent products has allowed me to work with a diverse customer base. Throughout my career, one thing has remained constant: my enjoyment of getting to know my customers and striving daily to make sure that I am providing value to them and their business.
As part of the Rainscreen Consulting and CarolinaREP team, I enjoy building upon my previous experience and gaining new relationships in architecture and construction while representing some of the best manufacturers in the industry. My career began as a Respiratory Therapist setting patients up with home medical equipment. As the company grew, my role evolved into a sales/marketing role, where I spent time working with doctor offices and sleep labs to secure referrals to increase our patient base.
After the company was sold, I became a Branch Manager for another home care company. I took on a branch that had some struggles, used the lessons that I had learned in the past, and helped guide a turnaround that created 40% growth for the branch.
At this point, I decided that it was time for a career change, and I became an Account Manager for Proven Winners ColorChoice Shrubs. It was here that I really learned the sales process and how to consistently build value for my customers.
It’s this diverse background that I’m bringing to Rainscreen Consulting. I’ll work to find the best and most effective exterior construction products for my clients while providing tremendous customer service at the same time.
